Tennessee State University celebrated babies at its Baby University event.
The goal of the event was to promote childcare education in underserved communities.
"For us to be able to get out and bring the experts bring the recourse to the communityies to the new families and so that they have all the skill sets they need to have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby," said Kimberlee Wyche-Etheridge with TSU.
There were several vendors on site, and several classes taught by TSU nursing students at today's big event.
