Authorities responded to a shooting on Lewis Street just before the victim walked into Skyline Medical Center.
Officers found spent cartridges and a small amount of fresh blood on the ground in the 700 block just after midnight, early Sunday morning.
According to a witness, a young male suspect wearing all black shot a male victim. No ages or identities were released by authorities.
The victim left in his vehicle and went to the hospital for the treatment of a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his leg.
According to the victim, the suspect robbed him, shot him, and fled from the scene. The investigation continued.
