Columbia Police detectives have asked for the public's help in their search for two armed robbery suspects who stole from Silver Screen Videos.
According to police, it happened Monday night around 9:30 when two men entered the store demanding money.
The female clerk quickly complied and opened the register drawer, giving them the money. One of the men then went behind the counter to punch a second male employee in the face before leaving.
The men were described as two white men. One was holding a black semi-automatic handgun, wearing gloves, mask, cut off khaki pants, dark hoodie and low cut black shoes. The other was wearing all dark clothing.
They are believed to have been driven to and from the scene in a dark colored, full size GM truck, extended cab with a silver toolbox.
