NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A mid-state school principal and special education teacher arrested were arrested and charged with child abuse and endangerment.
Investigators say Bonnie Marlar and Principal Helen Campbell were caught on camera dragging a 10-year-old by his foot through Walter Hill Elementary.
The school district placed both women under a suspension -- pending the outcome of the investigation.
