TULLAHOMA, Tenn. (WTVF) — Listen up, lovebirds. Valentine's Day is February 14th and in Tullahoma they're "berry busy." From morning, until night Ginny Wilson and her team will dip dozens of strawberries in chocolate.
"Over 1000 pounds of strawberries," she said, "And then that doesn’t even include all of the other chocolates that we have made."
These Tennessee chocolatiers are making sure our loved ones enjoy something sweet.
"We don’t get a lot of sleep during this time," she said.
Wilson is the owner of Water's Edge Chocolates. She says Valentine's Day is basically their Superbowl and strawberries are a fan favorite.
"We make [chocolate covered strawberries] fresh every day but Valentine’s Day - that’s our biggest seller," she said.
If you're not particularly in love with strawberries they have plenty of other options.
"We’ve got chocolate covered popcorn, we’ve got Oreos, pretzels," she said.
And don't worry if you're running late, they've got you covered.
"Even if they have not placed an order yet. We will be dipping all day. We should be able to find some strawberries," she said.
