WeGo will have a 12-hour system outage

There will be a WeGo system outage Saturday, November 16th that could affect you.

The software WeGo uses will undergo an update. That means certain features will be temporarily disabled. Outages will be from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.

It will primarily impact Real-time bus arrival signage at WeGo Central bays. In addition to signage at bus shelters along Charlotte, Gallatin, Murfreesboro, and Nolensville Pikes. All third-party apps receiving WeGo bus information, including Transit App, Google Maps,

During this outage, customers will be able to access schedules from information displays at WeGo Central, view schedules online at WeGoTransit.com, or call Customer service at 615-862-5950 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for assistance in planning weekend transit trips.

Current riders have the chance to hear about upcoming transit projects, as well as share their observations on the agency’s current services.

WeGo will have a community input session on Monday for the community to attend from 11-12 and 12-1 at the WeGo Central 2 nd Level Meeting Room at 400 Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd in downtown Nashville.
