Adoption fees at the Williamson County Animal Shelter have been waived in order to help with overcrowding at the shelter.
Officials said the facility is over capacity with cats and kittens.
They waived all adoption fees for dogs over one year as well as cats and all kittens. The only fee would apple to puppies under one year old.
In accordance with shelter guildlines, a spay/neuter deposit may be required at adoption.
Until space could be freed up at the shelter, temporary foster homes were also needed for kittens and cats.
To become a foster visit or call the shelter at 615-790-9950.
