WILSON CO., Tenn. (WTVF) — A TBI investigation has lead to the arrest of a Wilson County man on charges of sexually assaulting a minor more than 40 years ago.
Officials say allegations were brought against Donald Haynes, for sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 several times between between June 1979 and November 1985.
Following an investigation, Haynes was brought into custody. A Wilson County grand jury indicted him on six counts of aggravated rape.
He is booked on $150,000 bond.
