Woman Accused Of Vandalizing Nashville Church

A woman was arrested in Nashville after allegedly vandalizing a church and potentially placing several children at risk. 

The incident happened at the Ransom Temple on Buchanan Street. 

According to an affidavit from Metro Nashville Police, Cysilvia Jordan showed up at the church and was "verbally upset." 

As the situation escalated, some children there were then moved to a safe location inside the church. Police said Jordan threw a brick, shattering the front door.  

No one was hurt. The cost of damages was said to be $1,000. 

Police said Jordan claimed she was trying to get her child.
