The Tullahoma former Planning codes Director was charged with reckless endangerment in the shooting of an 11-year-old girl.
Jennifer Amacher is the mother of the 12-year-old boy bolice said shot and killed 11-year-old Sienna Owens.
The shooting happened back in December at Amacher's home in Estill Springs.
Amacher's son has been charged in juvenile petitions with reckless homicide.
