A woman has been convicted to two felony counts of elder abuse against her father.
Authorities said they found Mattie Sweeney’s 87-year-old father upstairs at her home in University Court back in December of 2014.
He was lying in a full diaper and dirty clothes, and told officers his daughter had withheld his medication and denied him trips to the VA.
He has since died. Sweeney was set to be sentenced in the case next month.
