ANTIOCH, Tenn. (WTVF) — A young woman caught on video dancing on top of a moving car in Antioch is now facing a disorderly conduct charge.

Video watched over 220,000 times shows the woman on top of a car on Antioch Pike traveling through the Blue Hole Road intersection on September 20.

Traffic was slowed by the display, leading police to arrest the dancer, Myscellent Shelton-Cox.

Police said the 23-year-old's actions were causing other drivers to divert their attention from the road.

According to the arrest warrant, Shelton-Cox "unlawfully and with the intent to cause public annoyance or alarm created a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act that served no legitimate purpose."

She was arrested Friday morning, three weeks after the incident.
