A wrong-way driver was placed behind bars after he crashed into another vehicle on 2nd Avenue South.
Police said it’s believed the driver was drunk behind the wheel of a Jeep. He was driving the wrong way on 2nd Avenue South, a one-way street, when he t-boned an SUV early Saturday morning.
According to authorities, there were three people involved, but only minor injuries were reported. No one involved was taken to the hospital.
The driver of the Jeep was arrested for DUI. His identity and further details were not immediately available.
