(WTVF) —With the city projecting a revenue loss of almost a half a billion dollars by June of next year, the Mayor says he has no choice but to propose a 32% property tax hike to deal with what he calls “the greatest financial challenge the city has seen in a lifetime.” Mayor Cooper is our guest on Inside Politics.
