WTVF-NASHVILLE — Should abortions be allowed after a Fetal Heartbeat is detected? Current state law doesn't allow abortions to take place after what is called "viability" unless it is to save the life of the mother. But some Tennessee lawmakers argue that a heartbeat can be detected after 6 weeks into the pregnancy, and at that point a ban should take effect as life is detected. What do YOU think?
