Titans Take 5 Picks To Wrap Up Draft

Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson had to wait a bit to make his first pick on the final day of the NFL draft.

The first of the Titans' final five picks Saturday happened at the start of the fifth-round at No. 140 overall.

With that first pick, the Titans took Tajae Sharpe, a wide receiver from the Massachusetts Minutemen.

The Titans then selected defensive back LeShaun Sims of the Southern Utah Thunderbirds with their second pick of the day coming in at the 20th pick of the fifth-round (157 overall).

With their only pick in round six, the Titans took offensive lineman Sebastian Tretola of the Arkansas Razorbacks. He was the 18th pick of the sixth-round (193 overall).

The Titans were slated to start and end round seven of the draft, and with that first pick of the seventh-round, they took Aaron Wallace of UCLA.

Their final pick, No. 253 overall which ended the seventh-round and draft, was Kalan Reed, a cornerback from the University of Southern Mississippi..

The Titans drafted four players Friday night including Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry with their third pick in the second round.

The others are linebacker Kevin Dodd of Clemson, defensive tackle Austin Johnson of Penn State and Middle Tennessee safety Kevin Byard.
