Predators fans celebrated the team's playoff success with a catfish throwing contest.
People of all ages lined up at Scoreboard Bar and Grill in Music Valley for the chance to toss a catfish as far as they could.
Little's Fish Market in Nashville provided 20 fresh catfish for the contest.
Organizers said it was a great way for fans to get excited about the game without having to go downtown.
“We wanted to show and wanted all Preds fans in part of the county to have something to do and something to be excited about of showing what is going on and what it means to be a Nashville predator in Music Valley,” said Ken Whitehouse, of Cumberland Hospitality Group.
There were several big prizes on the line for the person who could throw the catfish the farthest, including a guitar autographed by Kenny Chesney.
