Predators pushed to the brink of elimination after Game 3 loss

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Nashville will have to win two games in a row against Arizona if they want their season to continue following their 4-1 loss in Game 3.

The Coyotes take a 2-1 lead in their Best-of-Five Stanley Cup Playoffs qualifying series.

The Preds peppered the Arizona goal in the 1st Period, but was unable to score.

Arizona would take the lead in the 1st Period when Christian Dvorak batted the puck past Juuse Saros.

Nashville evened it up in the 2nd Period after Viktor Arviddson found the net for the second straight game.

Arizona scored three unanswered goals including an empty netter late in the game to set the final score.

Game 4 will be Friday.
