NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Sources with the Athletic say that Nashville SC captain Walker Zimmerman will depart the club this winter following the end of his contract.
Zimmerman has won MLS Defender of Year twice while in Nashville and will likely be one of the top defenders on the free agency market. He's made more than 170 appearances for the Boys in Gold. and has 46 caps for the U.S. Men's National Team.
His departure would open up a DP spot for Nashville
