Billy’s Super Fresh Saketini
Ingredients:
2 oz Grey Goose vodka
2 oz Tozai Living Jewel sake
.25 oz simple syrup
2 slices cucumber
4 fresh mint leaves
Muddle cucumber and mint leaves together in a shaker. Add vodka, sake and simple syrup and shake to combine all ingredients. Double strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with an additional cucumber slice.
