Sriracha Grape Chicken
Ingredients:
2- cups of fresh concord grapes- crushed
1 cup sriracha sauce
4 ounces chili sauce
2 ounces minced garlic
4 ounces brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 whole chicken cut in half or cut into 8 pieces
1) place grapes into a food processor and process until the grapes are liquidated.
2) In a medium bowl place all ingredients together and mix with a rubber spatula.
3) Place chicken into a zip lock bag and pour the marinade into the bag.
4)Marinate the sriracha grape chicken for 8 to 48 hours.
5) Place chicken into a baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes or until done.
