Chef Christopher’s Champagne Chicken
2 4-5 oz. chicken breasts
1 1/2 c mixed red and green grapes
1 c heavy cream
1/2 c champagne
1/2 c diced sweet peppers
1 T veg. oil
1 t fresh garlic
salt, pepper, and paprika
Marinate chicken in oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.
Saute over medium heat until almost done, then add pepper, grapes, and champagne to deglaze the pan.
Add heavy cream and reduce by half. Enjoy!
