Chef Daniel Gorman from Henley made a Caramelized Onion Dip. Henley Onion Dip 

1c        Onions – Minced 

1         oz butter 

1 c         Cream Cheese - softened 

1 c          Crème fraiche or sour cream 

1 c          Fromage blanc or farmers cheese 

1 tsp       Hot Sauce 

1 tsp       Worcestershire  sauce

3oz         Onion, caramelized (simmer over low heat in 1 T butter until golden brown)

Salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste

 

Combine all ingredients and season to taste.  

Chill before serving, garnish with ingredients below:  

Garnish – all minced and mixed together

Chives 

Parsley 

Hard-boiled egg 

Red onion 

Lemon zest 

Olive oil 

Serve with crackers, lavash, or warm bread
