Cake Ingredients:

2 packages spice cake mix

2 15-oz cans of pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease three 6-inch round baking pans and line with parchment paper.

  1. Sift the cake mix into a large bowl

  1. Mix together the spice cake mix and canned pumpkin until well blended. Spread evenly into the prepared pans. Top the cake batter in one of the cake rounds with streusel topping. (recipe below)

  1. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. The one with streusel topping may take longer.
