Grey Goose La Vanille Espresso Martini
1 ½ parts Grey Goose La Vanille
1 part single origin espresso
¾ parts premium coffee liquer
Optional Fleur de Sel
Add all ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass. Optional garnish of vanilla bean resting on the rim.
1 oz Santa Teresa 1796
0.5 oz rye whiskey
0.25 oz Giffard apricot syrup
1 oz Santa Teresa Araku coffee liqueur
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz egg white
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice to emulsify egg with other ingredients. Add ice to the shaker and shake until properly diluted. Double Strain over ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
