Easy Recipe for Holiday Leftovers

HOLIDAY TAQUITOS

INGREDIENTS:

2lbs of leftover meat (Turkey, Ham, etc.) sliced into thin strips

1 large onion, sliced

1/2 lb of shredded cheese (choose your favorite two)

1 bell pepper, sliced

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

4 tbls olive oil

Granulated garlic to taste

1 pkg of flour tortillas

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Prepare meat and vegetables

2.) Heat sauté pan on medium / medium hi

3.) Add olive oil (2 tbl spoon)

4.) Add in peppers/onions

5.) Sauté for 5-8 mins browning / wilting vegetables

6.) In the mixing bowl toss in meat and cheese and mix

7.) Season vegetables - salt/pepper/garlic to taste

8.) Add hot vegetables into mixing bowl

9.) Toss together / mix well

10.) Roll taquitos

11.) Pan fry in olive oil (2 tbl spoon) on medium

12.) Serve favorite dipping sauces
