Ingredients
- 4 TBSP Corn Oil
- 4 tsp Chipotle Chili Pepper
- 3 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
Method
1. Place Oil and Chipotle Pepper in 12” sauté pan over medium high heat
and sauté 30 seconds (1)
2. Remove from heat once mixture is just starting to smoke
3. Stir in Panko Bread Crumbs until light golden brown (2)
4. Sprinkle over mac and cheese
