Blood Orange Spritz
Ingredients:
• .75 oz - Disaronno Amaretto
• .75 oz - Aperol
• .75 oz - Blood Orange Perfect Puree Syrup
• .5 oz - Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
• .5 oz - Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
• 1 splash - Club Soda
Directions:
1. In a shaker glass or mixing tine, measure all ingredients except club soda
2. Fill with ice
3. Cap and shake 25 times
4. Fill a frosted mixing glass with fresh ice
5. Strain the shaken mix over the fresh over the fresh ice into the frosted mixing glass. Top with club soda and stir
6. Garnish with orange half moon
Blackberry Kozmo
Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz - Hendrick’s Gin
• .5 oz - Bols Triple Sec
• 1 oz - Cranberry Juice
• .5 oz - Blackberry Perfect Puree Syrup
• .5 oz - Fresh Lime Juice
Directions:
1. Measure and pour all ingredients into a mixing glass
2. Top with ice
3. Cap and shake 25 times
4. Strain into fresh frosted martini glass
5. Garnish with lime while and blackberry flag
Sweater Weather
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
• .5 oz Black Cherry Syrup (REAL)
• 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
• .5 oz Monin (Orgeat) Almond Syrup
• 1 oz Owens Ginger Lime Beer
Directions:
1. In a shaker glass or mixing tin, measure all ingredients except the ginger beer
2. Fill with ice
3. Cap and shake 25 times
4. Fill a frosted mixing glass with fresh ice
5. Strain the shaken mix in to the mixing glass over the fresh ice
6. Top with Ginger Lime Beer
7. Garnish with lime wheel
