Ms. Cheap took us to TATC, the discount pet supply warehouse where you can find deals on pet gifts and supplies - where you can shop safely, because it's by appointment only. TATC, located at 2711B Landers Ave. off Thompson Lane, will be open several Saturdays between now and Christmas, and December 5 and 19. Hours are 10am-4pm.
