Grilled Chocolate Peanut Butter, Fresh Strawberry & Brie Melt
yield 1 1/4 Cup (4 servings)
1 Cup peanut butter, use whatever is your favorite, I am using creamy.
1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
2 TBSP Chocolate Chips (or more if you want it extra chocolatey)
Combine all in a bowl with a rubber spatula until you can't see cocoa powder.
Grilled Chocolate Peanut Butter, Brie & Fresh Strawberry Melt
makes 4 sandwiches
1 1/4 cups Chocolate Peanut Butter
1 dozen strawberries, sliced lengthwise so they lay flat inside the sandwich
9 slices of brie (8oz)
1/2 stick butter, melted
8 slices white bread
Butter outside of bread generously.
Spread the chocolate peanut butter on the bottom piece of bread, then layer the strawberries evenly across the peanut butter, then layer the sliced brie on top of the berries. You want the berries to be in the middle of the peanut butter and cheese. Grilled on each side 2.5-3 minutes or until melty and golden brown! YUM!
