In a Honky Tonk, Down in Mexico
2.0 oz of Paprika Infused Tequila
1.0 oz of Lime Juice
1.0 oz of Sweetened Guava Purée
.50 oz of Ancho Verde Green Chili Liqueur
1/3 dropper of Bittermens Hellfire Bitters
We use a paprika and tajin salt rim for this cocktail, we don’t have exact proportions, just a little bit of everything. We start out by rimming the glass and then building the cocktail. To make the infusion, let a couple of tablespoons of paprika sit in your bottle overnight. Strain it out! We take our guava purée and add and equal amount of simple syrup to it to make it less tart! Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and mix it up!
