Hugh-Baby’s Comeback Sauce
1.25oz white onion - diced
24oz Duke’s Mayonnaise
6oz Ketchup
1.25oz Sweet pickle relish
.75oz Hot BBQ sauce
.5oz Cider vinegar
.25oz Dijon mustard
Pinch Black pepper
Pinch paprika
2 pinches Kosher salt
Instructions:
Dice onions. In a blender pulse until onions are mostly liquid. Add all other ingredients to the blender. Blend until ingredients are smooth and consistent. Refrigerate and hold for up to a month.
