GRILLED LAMB CHOPS
4 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
1 T fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 T fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 t salt & pepper
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 T marinade
8 (1/4 inch thick) lamb chops
Combine garlic, parsley, cilantro, oil, marinade, salt and pepper.
Coat chops in oil mixture.
Grill over direct heat 3-4 minutes on each side or until 145 F (medium-rare).
