Scott talked about the concept behind the new Moonshot Coffee Bar where they serve freshly roasted craft coffee and an assortment of breakfast and lunch items. Moonshot Coffee Bar is located at 300 Gay St. Nashville, TN 37201 (on the ground level of TownePlace Suites). Moonshot's inaugural full moon limited-time menu runs through Saturday, October 31.
