Cumberland Park Sprayground is at 592 S, First St. on the Cumberland River, next to Nissan stadium. Sunday at Cumberland Park from 1-4pm is the fourth annual Waterfest, put on by Cumberland River Compact in collaboration with Water for Life. The Fountains at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park are open until 9 p.m. daily. Little ones love the small fenced water playgrounds at Watkins and Kirkpatrick Spraygrounds. Watkins is on 17th Avenue North across from M.L. King Magnet School., and Kirkpatrick Sprayground is at 620 S. Ninth St. in East Nashville Details: www.Nashville.gov/parks or call 615-862-8480. Mt. Juliet's Charlie Daniels Park is home to Ava's Splash Pad sprayground,. Details: www.Cityofmtjuliet.org. You can also enjoy water fun at the Don Fox Community Park, 955 Baddour Parkway, in Lebanon, where there's a wading pool designed for young children, featuring water umbrellas and other fun spraying features.
