Nick Beres' shared his ideas for making Dehydrated Tomatoes: AKA Tomaisins!
2-3 dozen cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 c Balsamic vinegar
1/4 c Worchester sauce
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Barbecue rub
1/4 c white wine (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Combine the liquid ingredients to make marinade. Place tomatoes in marinade for approximately about 10 minutes. After tomatoes have marinated – place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with spices. Then spray with coconut oil and add another layer of spices. Place tomatoes cut side down on top of the dehydrator and let them dehydrate on low for 10 to 12 hours. Enjoy!
