GOLDEN TROPICS BANANA PUDDING
1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TABLESPOON CORNSTARTCH
1/4 TEASPOONS SALT
6 EGGS YOLKS
1 1/2 CUP WHOLE MILK
1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER
2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
3 TABLESPOONS HEAVY CREAM
3 TABLESPOONS SYRUP
4 BANANAS
1 BOX OF WAFERS
1/2 CUPS CARMEL
8 OZ. CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
COOKING:
IN A SAUCEPAN WHISK FLOUR, CORNSTARTCH AND SALT
ADD YOLKS, MILK, BUTTER, SYRUP AND CREAM
STIR MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THICK
ADD PINEAPPLE AND VANILLA
ASSEMBLY:
SPREAD 1/3 OF PUDDING INTO BOTTOM OF 2 QUART DISH
PLACE A LAYER OF WAFERS FOLLOWED BY A 2 BANANAS (CUT)
REPEAT
FINAL LAYER SHOULD BE PUDDING
CRUMBLE WAFERS ONTOP WITH A DRIZZLE OF CARAMEL
