Peach Prosciutto Pizza Pie
- 1 8-10" pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 1 oz (6-8 slices) prosciutto
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1 pinch of parmasean
- 10-16 peach slices, depending on size
- 1 pinch of basil
- 1 drizzle of honey-balsamic glaze
(about a 3:1 ratio of balsamic to honey)
1. Brush pizza dough with 1 tbsp olive oil
2. Spread ricotta cheese across dough
3. Add 6-8 slices of prosciutto
4. Add mozzarella and parmasean
5. Add 6-10 peach slices
6. Bake
7. Finish with a pinch of basil and honey-balsamic drizzle
