Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 1 pint of strawberries
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs, whipped
- 1 tbsp. of cinnamon
- spray release
Topping:
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1 dash of vanilla

Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees, depending on oven used. Cut puff pastry into 3 inch strips in wavy lines. Brush pastry sheets with egg wash. Mix cinnamon and sugar and top the pastry with the mixture. Layer strawberries on top of sugar. Roll pastry and place into a greased muffin pan. Cook for 20-30 minutes, or until golden-brown. Mix all ingredients in topping and pour into shot glass. Then, enjoy!
