• 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
• 2 Whole Eggs
• 2 Egg Whites
• 1/2 Cup Honey
• 1/3 Cup Pure Cane Sugar
• 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
• 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
• 1/4 Teaspoons Ground Cloves
• 1 1/2 Cups Fat Free Milk or Almond Milk

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Combine Pumpkin Puree with Spices, Honey and Sugar
3. Beat eggs, egg whites and milk together
4. Add egg mixture to pumpkin mixture
5. Pour into prepared pie crust
6. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
7. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes
8. Allow to cool for at least three hours, preferably overnight
