Strawberry Banana Pudding
2011 National Banana Pudding Cook-Off Winner
1-5.1 Oz. Pkg. Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix (Jell-o)
3-Cups Cold Milk
1-14.2 Oz. Pkg. Golden Oreos Cookies Broken into Small Pieces
2-Cups Coarsely Chopped Ripe Strawberries
12 oz. Frozen Whipped Topping (Cool-Whip)
¼ Cup Grated White Chocolate (Optional)
Strawberry Glaze (Optional)
Combine pudding mix and milk and mix according to package directions.
Fold whipped topping into pudding mix.
Gently fold in bananas and strawberries.
Place cookie pieces a 9 X 13 dish and spread evenly.
Spoon pudding/fruit mixture over the cookies and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with grated white chocolate if desired.
Drizzle with strawberry glaze if desired.
Chill at least one hour before serving.
If you want, a garnish top with additional strawberry and banana slices before serving.
Option: If you prefer to use a deeper dish, simply do 2 layers of cookies, fruit and pudding mix then top with chocolate and/or strawberry glaze if you choose.
