Alabama White Sauce

1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c cider vinegar
1 T sugar
1 T black pepper
1 1/2 t salt

Combine all ingredients in small bowl & blend well. Store in refrigerator.

Yella Mustard BBQ Sauce

2 T vegetable oil
1 small onion, grated
1 c prepared yellow mustard
1/4 c ketchup
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c cider vinegar
1 t coarse ground black pepper
1/2 t ground cayenne pepper
1 t kosher salt

Heat oil in small saucepan over medium heat. Add onion & cook until
tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in rest of ingredients. Simmer until
thickened. Store in refrigerator.

Dark & Smoky Jack BBQ Sauce

2 T vegetable oil
1 small onion, grated
1 c ketchup
1/2 c molasses
1/4 c cider vinegar
1/4 c whiskey
2 T Worchestershire sauce
2 T liquid smoke
1 t black pepper
1/2 t ground cayenne pepper
1 t kosher salt

Heat the oil in small saucepan over medium hear. Add onion & cook
until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in all other ingredients & simmer
until thickened. Store in refrigerator.
