12 T Prepared Cornbread Mix
1/4 pound Pulled Pork BBQ
4 T BBQ Sauce
12 T Prepared Macaroni & Cheese
4 T Shredded Gouda Cheese
4 T Breadcrumbs

non stick spray
Spray each individual well of pan with nonstick spray. Place 1 Tbl of prepared cornbread mix ( with wet ingredients added per package instructions ) in each well. On top of that add 1 Tbl of chopped Pull Pork BBQ. Next top with 1 tsp of BBQ sauce. Then add 1 Tbl prepared Mac and Cheese. Top that with 1 tsp of shredded Gouda cheese and 1 tsp of breadcrumbs. Place in a 350 degree oven and cook for 6 to 8 to 10 minutes until the cornbread is brown and the macaroni is bubbly. Allow to cool for a minute then remove from the pan and enjoy. Great for snacks or brunch! This recipe makes 12 mini bites.
