RECIPE #5313 - KATHERINE JOHN'S LASAGNA CASSEROLE, Tuesday, February 24, 2015

1 lb ground chuck
1 14-1/2 oz can Italian tomatoes
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1/2 t Italian seasoning
Pepper to taste
3 c uncooked egg noodles
1/4 c diced onion
8 oz sour cream
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Boil egg noodles following package instructions. Brown ground chuck and drain. Mix in pepper.
Drain noodles. Mix onion, sour cream and cream cheese into noodles.
In a 13 x 9 casserole dish, layer noodles, meat mixture and alternating cheeses. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
