Tater Tots 12

Corned Beef Hash (canned or from Noshville) 8 - 10 oz

Eggs 4

Cheese 4 slices

Diced Onion 4 Tablespoon

Diced Tomato 4 Tablespoon

Pickled Jalapeno (sliced or diced) 4 Tablespoon

Diced Bacon 4 Tablespoon

Preparation: Cook tater tots according to package directions, place corned beef hash in skillet and cook accordingly. Prepare eggs to your desired preference. Place tater tots in a bowl, mash them down slightly, top with corned beef hash, placed eggs and cheese on top of hash, and finish by layering the remaining four ingredients and serve immediately.
