DAISY KING / MISS DAISY'S KITCHEN
2 (15 oz) cans Cannelli beans, rinsed and drained
2 1/2 c grape tomatoes, halved
2/3 c red onion, diced
1/4 c finely chopped fresh dill
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
3 T fresh lemon juice
1 T Balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Assemble ingredients and utensils. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Let marinate in refrigerator for one hour. Serve chilled. Also, instead of Balasmic Vinegar, you may use Balsamic Vinegarette Dressing. Yield: 6 servings
