JACK WHITE - SAVORY JACK'S in PULASKI
1 - small can cream of mushroom soup.
2 - Cups of sour cream
1 - Cup or Parmesan cheese
1 - cup of water
1 - teaspoon salt
1 - teaspoon of pepper
Preheat Oven to 350.
Slice into small rounds 5 each zucchini and yellow squash.
Dice one large yellow onion.
Toss veggies in the cream sauce and transfer to baking dish.
Mix:
2 - cups of shredded cheddar cheese
2 - cups of panko breadcrumbs
Sprinkle over top of veggies. bake for 30 - 40 minutes. Serves 8 - 10.
