COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Interstate 40 eastbound in Putnam County has reopened Wednesday morning after a tractor trailer overturned.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 4:50 a.m. at mile marker 283.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation said the roadway was cleared by 8 a.m. Westbound traffic was not affected by delays.
It was unclear if there were any injuries.
