An overturned tractor trailer has closed an off-ramp on Briley Parkway.
The incident happened around 10:40 a.m. Thursday in the westbound lanes of the parkway, also known as State Route 155, at Exit 18 for Interstate 24.
Officials said the tractor trailer was only hauling food products, nothing hazardous.
The driver was taken to the hospital for unknown injuries. Authorities had not released the driver's condition or identity.
The cause of the crash had not yet been released.
The off-ramp was blocked to westbound traffic. Those with the Tennessee Department of Transportation said eastbound traffic was not affected.
Crews estimated the roadway would be clear by 3 p.m.
