Power Restored To 6K In Hendersonville

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. – Power has been restored after a reported outage caused more than 6,000 to lose electricity in Sumner County. 

The outage was reported around 6:30 a.m. Monday. Many of the affected customers appeared to be in the area along West Main Street and Old Shackle Island Road. 

According to the Nashville Electric Service’s outage map, 6,624 customers were without power during the peak of the outage.

The cause of the incident remains unknown.
